I met this band personally about a year before they hit big, and one of my friends used to be their personal assistant.

JUANES - LA CAMISA NEGRA

Juanes break through hit in Europe and his biggest track reached number 1 in 2005. This is the biggest Spanish song of the decade on my chart although arguably there is one more song hailing from Spain, but not sure if it is sang in Spanish, but this will follow later on the count down.
