Po czterech tygodniach szczytowania (jakkolwiek by to nie brzmiało na pozycję #2 zostaje strącona Alicia Keys, a jej dotychczasowy status lidera przejmuje Pearl Jam, tym samym zdobywając swój pierwszy numer 1 na aakttairplay's 40! Niżej też zrobiło się rockowo. Na #7 z #18 niespodziewanie awansuje "Over It" Dinosaur Jr. w 18-tym tygodniu pobytu na liście! Natomiast do top 40 wchodzą m.in. nowe propozycje od Becka i Jarvisa Cockera.

Innym zwycięzcą tego notowania jest Bob Dylan. Weteran folku umieszcza w zestawieniu aż cztery swoje utwory. Zaczynając od hot shotu - "Forgetful Heart" z płyty "Together Through Life" na #46, przez awans świątecznego singla "Must Be Santa" o 18 pozycji na #80, powrót singla promującego "Tell Tale Signs", czyli "Dreamin' of You" na #84 po 12 tygodniach nieobecności; aż do ostatniej propozycji Boba " I Feel a Change Comin' On" na #124. Cztery utwory w notowaniu po raz kolejny zapewnili sobie także Grizzly Bear (w tym 2 w top 40) i Elvis Costello. Najwięcej utworów w top 40, bo aż trzy, ma natomiast duet Hansard/Irglova.
